Detailed Description

£100 deposit to secure your place on the BS3100 tropical rainforest expedition to Borneo. You will later be asked to pay the full balance of the trip in April. The balance will have the same terms and conditions as the deposit: non-refundable, except in the event of a national lockdown or local lockdown preventing travel from RHUL to Malaysia, or Malaysia not permitting visitors.

Please note that the fees do not include flights to Borneo, which you should arrange for yourself (Sandakan airport). Please be sure that you wish to join the course and meet the pre-requisites before paying; reimbursements of the deposit are not possible.

The exact cost will depend on the exchange rate in April when final payment is made, but will not be more than £850 total.

The closing date for paying your deposit is 4pm 2nd February 2026
