Proof of Results
Once you have finished your course we offer a variety of documents to verify your achievement and/or studies at Royal Holloway, from transcripts to proof of award letters.
We also have a number of e-documents available for purchase for sending to third parties. When you are placing an order for an e-document you must provide suitable third party email address(es), such as employers or higher education establishments.
If your course is still in progress you cannot order documents through the Online Store. For details about the documents available for your current course please visit our webpages.
Students awaiting results who have reached the end of their studies should only place an order after results have been officially released. Orders placed before the official results release date will be cancelled and refunded. For details on when results are released please visit our release of results webpages.
Hardcopy documents will be prepared in 5-10 working days for dispatch or collection. At peak periods after results are released in July and November, the turnaround time will extend to 10-20 working days for dispatch or collection.
E-documents will be prepared up to 5 working days from the date of order for dispatch. At peak periods after results are released in July and November, the turnaround time will extend to 5-10 working days for dispatch.
Orders are processed in date order so please ensure you allow sufficient time to receive your documents.
