Proof of ResultsOnce you have finished your study at Royal Holloway, University of London we offer a variety of documents from transcripts to proof of award letters to verify your achievement and/or studies. To ensure you order the correct documentation and to avoid delays, please read the information available on this page and the order page(s) before placing your order. If you require the document for yourself, please only order a hard copy. E-Documents are designed to be sent by us directly to official 3rd parties such as universities or employers. If you are unsure whether or not to order an E-document please email us on [email protected] before placing an order. If you are still studying and haven’t reached the end date of your programme, please visit our webpages for documents and forms for current students If you are awaiting results and have reached the end of your studies you can only place an order after results have been officially released. Orders placed before the official results release date will be cancelled and refunded. For details on when results are released please visit our release of results webpages. Once you place an order, you will receive confirmation including an order number. Please quote this number if you need to contact us. Orders are not sent by tracked delivery but for orders being sent overseas the option to purchase DHL Delivery can be found on the additional extras order page. We recommend DHL Delivery overseas if your order is urgent. Our turnaround times can be up to 20 working days during busy results periods.
